Titan Seals has combined a team of engineers, home inspectors and installation specialists to serve our clients at the highest quality standard. Our team is available to help our clients with significant structural issues that can occur in the home or building. When dealing with structural problems in your concrete foundation or walls, Titan Seals has the toughest technology on the market to repair the foundation if it may arise. The technology used is a quick, effective and simple process that can be covered without voiding the lifetime warranty. This carbon fibre technology allows the repair of any arising issues with poured or block concrete, in any concrete structure on residential, commercial or industrial projects.

Our process

When a client contacts us about their problem, our consultation team and inspector come to asses the underlying issue and decide on the most affective solution for the repair. Once the solution to the repair has been made, the plans are sent to the engineering teams. The engineer’s then stamp and sign on correct products and procedures to allow permits for structural work. The manufacturers engineer ensures the correct product is used, and to allow warranty for our clients. Our Ontario engineer builds to procedure and Ontario code to repair the issue. Then the installation specialists will be sent for the repair, along with the inspector to approve the completion of the job. Finally our process is complete and we issue a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer and from Titan Seals.
